Travel Agents Reservations

The Travel Agency Reservation Module allows for input of negotiated rates between the Hotel and the Agency into the HDMS. Reservations may then be made through the Hotels Website by entering in the agency's access code. This reduces costs to the hotel due to call center expenses and human errors in booking the reservation.

Our solution for travel agencies also incorporates a management pack for reconciliation and payment of commissions, for hotels and where travel agencies can check their bookings and the status of commissions.
