Upon completing your online reservation, you will receive an automated reservation request by email. Our hours are 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST. Reservations made during those hours will be confirmed by reply e-mail as soon as possible. Reservations made after-hours will be confirmed as soon as we re-open. Please present your confirmation e-mail to each activity or service booked at the scheduled time.

Please note; Reservations MUST be made at least 72 hours in advance. All activities & services are subject to availability.  Changes or cancellations will only be accepted until 48 Hours prior to the booked activity or service.
